Central Houston assisted the City of Houston in securing the redevelopment of this prominently located facility at the hub of the Theater District and Buffalo Bayou redevelopment. The goal of providing a highly attractive mix of entertainment, food and beverage, and retail was accomplished with the New Year's Eve 1997 opening of Bayou Place.
